Back to Basics: (Delta Package) | A $300.00 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit Is Required

Our Delta Package is our most basic package.This package includes up to 5-hours of the Day-of-the-Event services.

Classic: (Deep Sleep Package) | A $500.00 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit Is Required

•  The overall event, including your vision, priorities, and goals.


•  Recommendation of venues.


•  Décor and aesthetic considerations.


•  Developing a budget.


•  Creating planning timelines.


•  Recommendation of vendors.

Final costs for this package is based upon 10% of your overall budget and the final costs of your event.
Additional hours are charged and billed at the rate of $50.00 an hour. Budget for this package must be at least $2,000 and total cost of the event, including vendor fees and expenses, cannot exceed $3,500.

Our Deep Sleep Package includes 8-hours of Day-of-the-Event services, and 12-hours of consultation and pre-event manpower.

•  Everything listed in the Delta package.

 

Plus:


•  Supervise vendor set up.


•  Make sure entire event follows itinerary timeline.


•  Assistance with guest needs.


•  Distribute final payments to vendors on client’s behalf.


•  Meet 30 days before your event to discuss the timeline of your event.


•  Unlimited phone calls, emails, and text messages in the month leading to your event.


•  Coordinate set-up and Tear down times for vendors.


•  Walk through event space and discuss set-up 2 weeks prior.


•  Serve as point of contact to venue staff and vendors.


•  Collect all items from client 1 week prior to your event.

Final costs for this package is based upon 10% of your overall budget andthe final costs of your event.

Additional hours are charged and billed at the rate of $35.00 an hour. Budgets for this package must be at least $3,500 and the total cost of the event, including vendor fees and expenses, cannot exceed $5,000.

Luxury: (REM Package) | A $750.00 Non-Refundable Booking Deposit Is Required

The Rem Package includes 12-hours of Day-of-the-Event services, and 14-hours of consultation and pre-event day manpower.

•  Everything listed in the Deep Sleep Package.

 

Plus:


•  Décor -

Help with developing your style, colors, theme and incorporating your unique signature into your day. Provide recommendations and assistance for tying together your floral, linens, lighting, furniture, stationery and all décor to complete the vision for your day.


•  Event styling -

As an event designer we can assist you with design and styling for the event itself.


• Vendor recommendations and overall coordination -

We offer the most comprehensive and professional network of vendors.


• We put together a customized list of preferred vendors (florists, photographers, videographers, caterers, musicians, etc) based on your style, budget and personality that we feel is the best fit for you and your event. Our clients continue to tell us the vendors we recommend were the perfect ones for them and they were so confident with the team we assembled for them.


• Contract review -

We review your vendor contracts to ensure you’ve booked enough hours and there aren’t any hidden items to
watch out for.


• Attendance at vendor meetings, tastings, site visits -

We set up and attend meetings with vendors, site visits at your venues, coordinated décor and design meetings, set up tastings with caterers and bakers. These are just a few of the type of meetings we attend on your behalf during the planning process.


• Stationery coordination -

This may include the management of the design and production of your save the dates, invitations, place cards, menus and other printed materials.


• Coordination of rentals -

This may entail tents, linens, tables, china, silverware, chairs and also portable restrooms, heaters, generators, staging, flooring or draping.


• Transportation coordination -

Booking and ensuring smooth timing of all event day transportation for event party and guests.


• Welcome bags & favors -

Provide ideas, shopping for, assembling and delivery welcome bags and favors for your event

Final costs for this package is based upon 10% of your overall budget and the final costs of your event.

Additional hours are charged and billed at the rate of $50.00 an hour. Budgets for this package must be at least $5,000 and the total cost of the event, including vendor fees and expenses. There is no limit on this package.

Extra services with fees attached:

•   Personal Styling: shopping for event day attire, accessories for you. Putting together a complete look from head to toe.


•   Handling of your RSVP’s (can include receiving and tracking your RSVP’s)


•   Clean-Up


•   Creating your personalized website for the event

Disclaimer: A 8.25% sales tax will be applied on your total package costs.


A non-refundable booking deposit equal to a minimum of 8-hours is required on these packages, and does not apply towards your total
package costs. Additional hours are charged and billed at their respective rates. Additional charges will be incurred and billed for mileage, vendor fees and deposits, and out-of-town travel/lodging expenses.These packages include unlimited phone and email consultation. There will be a 75% deposit due at signing for all other personalized packages.
